If you love the sweet sourness of pomegranates, why not try making your own pomegranate molasses?

This is an extremely easy way to make it. The taste is sweet but a little tart as well and can make your sweet ro savory dishes more special.

You can use it in a glaze for salmon, beef or pork. You can drizzle it on top of waffles, pancakes and of course, ice cream.
